Hi, I’m Nick

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 11. I started actually caring about my blood sugars when I was around 25. I focused on diet and exercise, and I got pretty good results. However, it was not until I started breathing correctly that my whole world changed. And, as it turns out, there is a lot of good science behind the power of breathing correctly to manage blood sugars. I hope that this website will help you breathe better, control your blood sugars, and improve your overall health.
