This is an 8-week program to help you reduce stress and anxiety using a simple 3-step breath-based protocol. You will finish the program feeling happier, healthier, and more mindful. Here are the details:

  • 8-week program.

  • Once a week 60-minute Zoom meetings where you’ll receive supportive listening followed by personalized guidance and a custom program.

  • Coaching that is tailored to your current level of experience with breathing and mindfulness.

  • Daily breathing program with guided audio sessions supplied as needed.

  • WhatsApp or email as needed for follow-up questions or support.
